This Privacy Policy explains how Portfolio-IQ LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates Neo ("Neo", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares information when you use the Neo mobile app, the website at askneo.money, our waitlist, and related services (together, the "Services").

The short version

• Neo is self-custodial: we never store your private keys or recovery phrase.
• We collect what we need to run the Services: your sign-in email, your wallet addresses, your activity in the app, and your approximate country (to apply product restrictions).
• Your conversations with Neo, our AI assistant, are processed by our AI provider to generate answers.
• If you buy crypto with a card or Apple Pay, where available, Stripe handles that purchase and any identity verification directly.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at support@askneo.money.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Sign-in information. When you create an account, you sign in through our wallet provider, Privy, for example with your email, Apple or Google account. We receive your email address and an account identifier.
• Waitlist sign-ups. If you join our waitlist on the website, your email address and, if you arrived through one, the invite code that referred you.
• Your content in the app, such as watchlists, saved portfolios, alert settings and your messages to Neo, the AI assistant.
• Support requests, if you contact us.

Information created when you use the app

• Wallet addresses created for you (for example one EVM address and one Solana address).
• Balances, transactions and positions. Most of this is public on the blockchain and linked to your wallet addresses.
• Trade records. For each trade or transfer you make in the app, we record the steps, their status and any errors, together with basic device information (operating system, app version and platform), so we can support you and fix problems. We remove secrets such as keys and signatures from these records.
• Approximate location. We determine your country from your IP address, to apply the product restrictions in our Terms of Service.

Information collected automatically on our website

• Technical data our servers log to run and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request.
• Analytics and advertising data, only if you accept cookies: pages you visit, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location, how you arrived on the website, and whether you joined the waitlist. Tools we may use include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity (which may record anonymized session replays). These tools don't load until you accept.

Information we don't collect

• We do not store your private keys or recovery phrase.
• When you buy crypto with a card or Apple Pay, where available, your payment card details and identity documents go to Stripe, not to Neo. Stripe may share limited information with us, such as whether a purchase was completed.
• We don't intentionally collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, health data or biometric data.

2. How we use your information

• Provide the Services: create and show your wallet, display balances and positions, carry out the actions you confirm, move funds between networks when a transaction needs it, and send the notifications and alerts you've turned on.
• Run the waitlist: save your spot, contact you when early access opens, and track invites if we offer a referral program.
• Power Neo, the AI assistant: answer your questions, explain markets and your portfolio, and write market summaries.
• Meet legal and venue requirements: check eligibility and country restrictions, and screen for sanctions.
• Keep the Services safe: detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
• Support and improve the Services: troubleshoot failed actions, fix bugs and understand how features are used.
• Communicate with you: service messages, and, where you've agreed or the law allows, product updates and marketing, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Comply with the law and enforce our Terms.

Legal bases (for users in the EU, UK and similar jurisdictions): performing our contract with you (providing the Services), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the Services), compliance with legal obligations, and your consent (analytics and advertising cookies on our website, and marketing emails where consent is required). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

3. How we share information

We share information only as described here:

We may also share information: when required by law, court order or a valid legal request; to protect the rights, property and safety of Neo, our users or others; with professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case we'll notify you.

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the website advertising cookies you can accept or decline, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Blockchains are public. Transactions you make are recorded on public blockchains that anyone can view. Neo cannot change or delete information recorded on a blockchain.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

On our website, we ask for your consent before using analytics or advertising cookies. If you decline, we only use strictly necessary browser storage, such as remembering your cookie choice and the invite link you arrived with. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser.

Do Not Track. Browsers' "Do Not Track" signals don't have a common standard, so we don't respond to them. We do honor the cookie choice you make on our website.

5. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within 90 days, except where we must keep it longer to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or enforce our agreements. Waitlist emails are kept until the app launches and for up to 12 months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them. Information recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls and keeping secrets out of our logs. No system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee the security of your information. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in account (for example your email, Apple or Google account) secure.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate information;
• delete your information;
• object to or restrict certain uses;
• withdraw consent where we rely on it; and
• opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.

Deleting your account. Email support@askneo.money from the email address linked to your account and we'll delete it as described in Section 5. Deleting your Neo account does not delete your wallet or any assets in it, which remain accessible through your wallet provider.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@askneo.money. We'll respond within the time required by law (usually within 30 or 45 days) and may need to verify your identity first. You can use an authorized agent where the law allows. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We won't discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

U.S. state privacy rights. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and other U.S. states with privacy laws may have the rights listed above. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of information described in Section 1 (identifiers such as email and wallet addresses, commercial and transaction information, internet activity, approximate location and user content) for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them to the recipients in Section 3. We do not sell personal information or use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an opt-out.

EU and UK users may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

Neo is a U.S. company, our servers are in the European Union (Germany and Ireland), and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Third-party services

The Services link to and work with third-party services, such as Privy, Stripe, trading venues, protocols and our community channels (for example Discord or X). Their own privacy policies apply to the information they collect, and we encourage you to read them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If the changes are material, we'll notify you in the app, by email or on our website before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version.
